Terms of Service (“Terms”)
1. Introduction
1.1 Please read these terms of service carefully before registering and using this website.
1.2 Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all registered users.
1.2 By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Termination
2.1 We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or for any reason whatsoever, if you breach the Terms.
3. Copyright
3.1 While this site identifies the copyright status of each song, musical score or tune, PWAD are not responsible for their subsequent use, display or reproduction by the registered user.
3.2 Apart from normal use in public or private worship we do not give permission for the songs, liturgy, scores or tunes to be stored, distributed or sold.
4. Changes
4.1 Registered users will be informed by email of major changes to these terms that substantially alter the cost of, nature of, or content of their subscription.
4.2 However minor changes to these Terms will be made without notice.
5. Privacy
5.1 The names and email addresses of registered users are stored securely and will never be shared with a third party.
5.2 The storage and use of personal details is covered by the privacy policy of the Presbyterian Church of Australia.
6. Communication
6.1 Registered users will only be contacted in relation to either a major change in these terms of service, their registration or a new aspect of the PWAD site.
